| Visitors
All parents and other visitors coming to our school are asked to check in at the office before going to a classroom. Parents need to sign students out of school in the office if the student is leaving school early for any reason. Students will not be released to anyone who is not on the registration form and who does not have identification. |
| Public Complaint
Procedure
The Washoe County School District Board of Trustees has established a procedure for receiving and acting on complaints about any employee. The policy requires that the complainant first attempt to settle the issue at the site level with the immediate supervisor. If a satisfactory solution is not reached, you may fill out the "Public Complaint Form" which is available at any school or the district office, 925 E. 9th Street. |

Telephones
School telephones are limited to school business and emergencies. Children can use the phone with office or teacher permission. Phone calls to classrooms, whether for teachers or students, will not be put through during class time. Plans for after-school care of children or transportation home should be made at home before the school day begins. |
