Delayed Start:  In the event that weather or emergency conditions force a Delayed Start or cancellation of school, radio and TV stations will broadcast the information, beginning at 6:00AM.  You can also call the District Hotline at 334-8373. During a Delayed Start, the Sierra Kids Before School Program will not be in operation.  Students should not come to school until  10:10 on these days. If there is a two hour delay, AM Kindergarten is cancelled.

Your child is expected to be in school every day.  If your child will not be in school, please call the office at 677-5400 and leave a message.  When your child returns to school, please send a written note stating date of absence, reason, and your signature.  Absences for reasons other than illness or medical appointments must be pre-arranged with the teacher and the principal. 

Students that are tardy must report to the office before entering their classroom.
